2 days ago, I have lost someone I hold very dearly to me.
A woman who taught me during Sunday school.
A woman who was willing to give me tuition and open up her house for me to wait for my school bus.
A woman who was willing to open up her house for the youths and for fellowship.
A loving teacher, wife, mother, grandmother.
Aunty Popo thank you for your hospitality.
Thank you for your kindness.
Thank you for looking after me when I was young.
Thank you for everything.
I am sure you are at peace with our Lord in heaven.

Beautiful or Skinny?
What is your definition of beautiful?
Is it having a pretty face, long legs and being skinny?
Like really skinny?
Young girls nowadays are influenced by the fashion world where if you're not skinny, you're not beautiful.
Literally bones!
Yes, i will not deny the fact that it sure is nice to have nice flat stomach, lean arms and legs.
But not to the extend where you have practically nothing but bones!
Look at Queen Latifah, she's a plus size yet she's beautiful!
I find her very beautiful.
In order to be skinny, many young ladies suffers from anorexia, bulimia and in the end lose their lives.
Being beautiful isn't necessarily being uber skinny.
It's about being health both inside and out.
And also love yourself.
You could lose your life like the model, Isabelle Caro, she was only 28 years old when she passed away.
Rest in peace Isabelle Caro.

Diet, but in a proper and healthy way.
Workout instead of not eating.
Don't force yourself to stop eating.
Don't torture yourself to the extend where you suffer from anorexia and bulimia.
